A deposit is required to secure your booking for any safari or trek. The remaining balance must be paid in full according to the timeline specified in your invoice. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
While Kilimanjaro Mavens maintains elite safety standards, trekking and wildlife safaris involve inherent risks. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, wildlife behavior, or flight delays.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit for high-altitude trekking or long safari drives. You must disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements to us during the booking process to ensure your safety.
Travelers must possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), appropriate visas, and required health certificates (such as Yellow Fever vaccinations) for entry into Tanzania.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour whose behavior is deemed dangerous to themselves, our staff, or the environment. We follow a strict “Leave No Trace” policy on Mount Kilimanjaro.
As a flexible Tanzania Tour Operator, we strive to follow planned routes; however, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to local conditions, park regulations, or safety concerns.
